Join the Switchyard Brewing Company crew to hear about how they created one of Bloomington’s great American startups and learn about and taste their craft beer as a perk! Owners Kurtis and Kristin Cummings will share the history of Switchyard and discuss their mission to use their business as a catalyst for positive change in the community. Head brewer Mitch Roelecke will walk you through a guided tasting of Switchyard’s craft beer and discuss the brewing process, start to finish. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be part of the craft beverage industry, this is your chance to find out! 

*Please note: this is a hybrid event, meaning attendees can attend in-person or attend virtually via the online platform, Zoom. The link needed to participate will be supplied via email prior to the day of the class. Program fee for virtual attendees includes shipping; however, if you are local and wish to attend virtually, you can arrange to pick up your beer at Switchyard Brewing Company during the week of Oct. 17th.
