We invite you to join us for the annual Michael R. Cohen Lectureship to hear from our panelist of experts on how education policy is shaped.
Learn about how policymakers and policy leaders are informed of the community’s needs, how citizens can be informed and take action, and the School of Education’s role in developing the next generation of educational leaders.
The event will include a reception with appetizers, non-alcoholic beverages and a panel discussion.

The Michael R. Cohen Lectureship is an annual event that celebrates the ideals of emeritus faculty member Michael R. Cohen, and the importance that life-long learning plays in all our lives. The annual lecture highlights extraordinary educators and community leaders through engaging conversations that highlight innovative and exemplary teaching and community engagement practices while grappling with critical issues. To inspire life-long learning, this event is free and open to the public.
