Indiana Memorial Union, 900 E 7th Street, Bloomington, Indiana, 47405

Mini University is an opportunity for adults of all ages—IU alum or not—to return to the classroom without homework or tests! This enriching, weeklong immersive educational experience takes place every year on the IU Bloomington campus and is led by IU’s world-class faculty and experts.

At Mini U, you’ll attend up to 15 classes—selecting from a wide range of noncredit courses that highlight a variety of topics and cater to the interests of all lifelong learners. Led by the university’s world-class faculty and staff, such as Jim Madison, Margie Hershey, Gene Coyle, and Rachel Caswell, this year’s Mini U class titles include: “The Sassy Sarah Vaughan,” “The Upcoming 2024 Election: What to Expect,” “Women in Espionage of the 20th Century,” “The Aging Brain,” and “Russia-Ukraine War: Update and Prospects for Resolution.” **

In between sessions, you can connect with your fellow classmates over dinner, catch a screening at the IU Cinema, embark on a campus tour, or explore the heart of downtown Bloomington.
