Isak Asare serves as the co-director of the Cybersecurity and Global Policy Program, director of the IU Cyber Clinic, affiliated faculty at the Ostrom Workshop, and is a fellow at the Center for Applied Cybersecurity Research. Asare is also the assistant dean for undergraduate education and Student Affairs at IU and a senior associate at Oxford Insights.

Darrell M. West, PhD, is a senior fellow with the Brookings Institution and the founding director of its Center for Technology Innovation. He’s a leading voice on the intersection of technology, policy, and governance with influential work on AI and data policy democracy. He has authored more than 20 books and worked with global governments on tech policy and regulation.

Vicki Allums serves as the associate general counsel at the Defense Information Systems Agency, where she provides expert legal advice on cybersecurity, acquisition, and intellectual property. With over two decades of federal service, she was honored with IU’s Distinguished Alumni Service Award for her contribution to public service, national security, and innovation in the federal technology landscape. She is currently the learning director for intellectual property at Defense Acquisition University.
