Additional Info

Over two decades, Carey Chisholm, MD, and Kevin Rodgers, MD, built a powerhouse residency program that trained hundreds of emergency medicine physicians. Dubbed the “Dynamic Duo” by residents, the longtime friends, who co-led the program from 2002 to 2013, believed no physician they trained should leave the program unless they were comfortable with their skills.

The pair understood faculty were vital in the process, offering clinical exposure and preparation. And owing to their shared military experiences, they created roles for residents to imprint critical leadership traits. With a gift to the Chisholm-Rodgers Legacy Fund endowment, you ensure these foundational principles will live on for years to come in future healers and the patients they serve.
