About the event

Network and nosh, then listen to luminary Alzheimer’s disease researcher Bruce Lamb, PhD, unpack the groundbreaking, lifesaving work he and his team are doing in the field of neuroscience. Come ready to be inspired.

About the speaker

Luisa Lopez is the Director of External Engagement at Downtown Indy Alliance, where she builds strategic partnerships to advance a vibrant, inclusive downtown. Previously, she led community outreach and fan engagement for major global events at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, including the Indy 500.

Luisa is known for creating impactful, mission-driven experiences, including a landmark naturalization ceremony welcoming new U.S. citizens during the 2022 Month of May. A proud immigrant from Mexico City, she is deeply committed to civic leadership and serves on multiple nonprofit boards. Her work has earned numerous honors, including the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “20 in their Twenties.”
