The IU Alumni Association and IU Foundation work together to activate and champion the global network of IU alumni and maximize private support for IU.

As two separate entities, each organization has its own distinct hiring process.

  • Alumni Association and university fundraisers are hired by Indiana University and are IU staff members.
  • IU Foundation team members are hired by IUF and become part of an independent 501(c)(3) organization. They are not Indiana University staff.
