As someone who is committed to personal well-being, I’m incredibly grateful for the wellness programs offered by the IU Foundation. Through the Health Investment Program (HIP), I’ve been able to prioritize my fitness and stay motivated by purchasing equipment like running shoes, dumbbells, and race registrations. I also stay engaged through our online wellness platform, Personify Health, where step challenges and rewards keep me moving throughout the year.

With the paid leave of absence benefit, I felt completely supported in taking the time I needed to start a family. I returned to work feeling supported, valued, and energized, which speaks volumes about the culture here. It’s a relief to work for a company that prioritizes the well-being of its employees and their families.
