Building a better tomorrow, together

We believe in encouraging and supporting diverse perspectives and voices. We celebrate our accomplishments, uplift each other in everything that we do, and maximize our talents—all in service of IU.

Through our work in fundraising and alumni engagement, we are dedicated to:

  • Providing access to education and opportunities for IU students
  • Supporting the work of our faculty, programs, and researchers
  • Connecting alumni and donors with each other and IU

Together, we are a community focused on building a better tomorrow, one day at a time.

We work hard—and play hard

We give our all to advance IU. While we take this work seriously, we also make time to celebrate and create moments of connection and camaraderie.

Our staff-led FUNdation Committee organizes activities like cultural celebrations, community service, and our annual Lunch on the Lawn with local food trucks. We also compete in our local YMCA’s Corporate Challenge, teaming up against other organizations in events like axe-throwing, trivia, and golf.

From yoga classes to financial wellness sessions, book clubs to walking groups, there are many opportunities for you to enrich your life while working here.

Where you can find us

We have offices in Bloomington and Indianapolis, and we work with partners across all IU campuses.
