Marching Hundred: Homecoming 2026

October 30 to 31, 2026
Ray E. Cramer Marching Hundred Hall, 800 E 17th Street, Bloomington, Indiana, 47408

WELCOME BACK!

We are excited to welcome all former members of the Indiana University Marching Hundred, Drum Majors, RedSteppers, Drumline, Twirlers, and Color Guard back to Bloomington for this year’s Homecoming game against the University of Minnesota.

Registration is $50.00 per person and includes coffee, bagels, and muffins Saturday morning and a box lunch at Cramer Hall prior to the Homecoming football game. Our caterer this year is the Bloomington Bagel Company. Guests are welcome to join the pre-game meal! Due to limited seating and a sold-out game, guests are responsible for purchasing their own game tickets. Please check secondary markets such as SeatGeek for tickets.

Advance registration is required. Register as soon as possible as seating will be limited. Please register by October 1, 2026. If capacity is reached before this date, registration will be closed early, and a waitlist will be created.

HOMECOMING PARADE

The Homecoming Parade will be held on Friday, October 30 at 5:30 p.m.  The parade will start on Kirkwood at Washington Street and continue east on Kirkwood until it concludes at Sample Gates on Indiana Avenue.  Those wishing to join the Marching Hundred and march in the parade can meet at the staging area. Information regarding the staging area will be sent later.

There will NOT be a rehearsal or performance on the MHH steps due to the parade location change. Alumni and guests are encouraged to watch the parade on Kirkwood and attend the Pep Rally following the parade at the Sample Gates.

Instruments may be picked up at Marching Hundred Hall on Friday, October 30th from 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

HOMECOMING GAME DAY

Because of the Big Ten's TV package, kickoff for the 2026 Homecoming Game vs. Minnesota will either be at noon, 3:30 p.m., or 7:30 p.m. Exact timing will be announced by October. Our annual alumni meeting, pre-game rehearsal, breakfast or lunch will be held at Cramer Hall on a schedule that will start with a Homecoming hospitality reception at either 6:00 am, 10:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. More information will follow.

INSTRUMENT AND MUSIC DETAILS

Bring your own instrument, mouthpiece, and lyre. Sousaphones, baritones, mellophones, and percussion instruments will be available to those who register by September 19. Attendees should plan to bring their own instrument, mouthpiece, and lyre. A limited inventory of sousaphones, baritones, mellophones, and percussion will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate on your registration form that you need an instrument.
