Post-Concert Meet & Greet with Six Foot Blonde

Six Foot Blonde is performing on Friday, October 9, 2026 at Union Stage in Washington, DC! Join IUAA-DC following the show for a meet and greet with the band. The meet and greet will take place next door to the concert venue at Boardwalk Bar & Arcade (715 Wharf St SW Washington, DC 20024), starting at 10 pm.

What began in 2020 as a college cover band at Indiana University’s Bluebird has evolved into one of the country’s most exciting emerging live acts. Fueled by relentless touring and unforgettable performances, Six Foot Blonde has built a devoted and rapidly growing fanbase, carrying their electric live show far beyond their Bloomington roots and onto stages across the country. Six Foot Blonde returns with their sophomore album, Hummingbird, marking a leap forward for the six piece band’s burgeoning alternative rock voice. Backdropped by a band whose instrumentation is as refined as it is raw, lead singer Julia harnesses a vocal identity defined by its dynamic range. Known for their explosive live shows, this six-piece seamlessly marries timeless pop melodies with raw rock grit.
