IU Groups 86 & Friends Reunion

Join IU Groups 86 & Friends for our 40 Year Reunion celebration during Indiana University Homecoming Weekend 2026. This special weekend will bring together members of the Groups 86 community and friends for fellowship, reconnection, and celebration. Planned activities include a welcome gathering, Homecoming weekend experiences, and a signature reunion celebration. Additional event details, schedule updates, hotel information, and registration information will be shared with registrants as plans are finalized. We look forward to celebrating 40 years of memories, friendship, and IU legacy together. 

Location Details: 

The Friday Night Mixer will be held at Residence Inn / SpringHill Suites Indianapolis Keystone, 9450 Counselors Row, Indianapolis, IN 46240. (Start Time 5:00pm) 

The host hotel is Fairfield Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northwest, 5905 W 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46278. Overflow accommodations are available at Home Suites by Hilton, 6720 Telecom Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46278. 

The Wind Down gathering will take place at Just Wingin’ It, 7834 N Michigan Rd, Indianapolis, IN. 

Additional activities, including the tailgate experience and the Neal-Marshall Black Culture Center tour, will take place at select locations throughout the weekend. Full details will be shared with registered guests.

Pricing:

- $125 Early Bird Registration (July 1-14)
- $150 Regular Registration (beginning July 15)

Registration cost includes Friday mixer dinner, Saturday tailgate food, and transportation.

Your reunion registration also includes a commemorative IU Groups 86 & Friends 40-Year Reunion t-shirt and reunion swag bag as part of your weekend experience. Additional information regarding shirt sizes and pickup details will be shared with registered guests prior to the event.
