Make a splash

1. Print: For the best results, we recommend printing on white cardstock.
2. Cut: Use scissors or a circle punch to cut out the toppers.
3. Attach: Use glue or tape to attach the cutout to a stick. We recommend lollipop sticks (found in the baking aisle), coffee stirrers, or small skewers.
4. Enjoy: Push the lollipop sticks into your cupcakes and enjoy!
