Carl deGraaf, a retired professor of educational psychology at IU Southeast, has found peace of mind knowing that his beloved 96 acres of rolling hills, complete with wooded trails, a meadow, and a pottery studio in southern Indiana, will be dedicated to IU through a real estate gift.
