Neal-Marshall Alumni Club

Everything we do is in support of our alumni, current and prospective students, and faculty and staff across all IU campuses. We want everyone, including those from the Black and African American communities, to find enrichment through their connection to IU.

Named for Indiana University’s first male and female African American graduates (Marcellus Neal, BA 1895, and Frances Marshall-Eagleson, BA 1919), the Neal-Marshall Alumni Club was founded in 1980. Our club has active groups in Bloomington and Indianapolis.

Our club publishes annual newsletters, awards scholarships, sponsors alumni events, assists with student recruiting and mentoring, and supports programs that enhance the IU experience for all.

Neal-Marshall Alumni Club membership is free and open to all Indiana University alumni and friends. We strive to be an alumni association that not only strengthens and unifies our communities, but also makes a positive, lasting impact on the world.
